Email contact@sims4uicheats.com. That address reaches the people who write and check these pages, and it is the only way to get in touch. There is no contact form, no newsletter and no comment section.
Reporting a mistake
Corrections are the most useful mail we get, and the fastest to act on. Four things make the difference between a fix today and a long exchange:
- The address of the page, or its title if that is easier.
- The sentence or the table row that is wrong, copied as it appears.
- What it should say instead.
- Where you are getting that from, ideally a link.
That last one matters more than it sounds. Every fact on the site is checked against a source before it goes up, and a correction gets the same treatment. With a link, the check takes a minute. Without one, it may take a while or go nowhere, even when you are right.
Version numbers are worth mailing about the moment you notice them. If weerbesu's Patreon post names a build newer than v1.59.1, the whole site is out of date and every page that quotes a version needs moving at once.
What happens next
A correction that checks out is made on the page and the last-checked date moves with it. If we cannot confirm what you have sent, you get a reply saying which part could not be confirmed, rather than silence. Either way you are not signed up to anything: we do not keep a mailing list and we do not use your address for anything except answering you.
This is a small site rather than a support desk, so a reply takes as long as it takes. If your problem is urgent and it is the mod rather than the page that is broken, the next section is the better route.
What we cannot help with
We did not make the UI Cheats Extension and we cannot change it, debug it or release a build for a new patch. For anything that is the mod itself misbehaving, work through the fixes for UI Cheats not working first. Almost every report we see turns out to be one of the causes on that page, usually a mod version that does not match the game version. If you get to the end of it and the mod is still broken, the comments on weerbesu's own Patreon post reach the person who can actually fix it.
We also cannot help with Electronic Arts accounts, the EA app, billing, bans, or anything to do with the game that is not a cheat. EA Help is the place for those.
